In addition to being the lead PM during the launch of on-demand telehealth services, I provided support tools for this client such as training slide decks and Job Aids (step-by-step software instruction document).
Program Analysis and Business Requirements Documents
This client was considering adding a service line staffed by Community Health Workers to address healthcare disparities in their PSA (primary service area). The writing project was to deliver a compelling program analysis with supporting data from peer reviewed sources to present to their Board of Directors.
